Human Resource Management Specialist at RWANDA GOVERNANCE BOARD (RGB): (Deadline 12 June 2022)
Job description
- Undertake human resources planning for the institution in consultation with the management;
§ Lead the staff recruitment process and their placement as the need arises;
§ Conduct regular capacity needs assessments and identify training and development opportunities;
§ Lead the development of a staff capacity-building plan and its implementation;
§ Ensure compliance with the recruitment policies and laws within RGB;
§ Participate in the development of staff job descriptions;
§ Organize staff orientations/induction;
§ Ensure the probation phase is concluded and reports made;
§ Support the performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation of staff;
§ Keep custody of staff records and regularly update them;
§ Prepare monthly salaries and benefits for staff in a timely manner;
§ Ensure statutory deductions are done timely and declared to responsible institutions (RRA, RSSB…);
§ Monitor daily attendance of staff and report issues of absenteeism;
§ Facilitate institutional culture building and ensure that any cases of indiscipline are properly managed;
§ Ensure that staff leave is effectively planned and implemented;
§ Promote professionalism in the human resources management within the institution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management

- Master’s Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource
1 Year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration
3 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences
3 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management
3 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
3 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a recognized Human Resource Professional Certification
